She made the process extremely simple and painless, and gave us plenty of advice on things to look for, as well as listening to our list of needs and desires for our future home. When it came time to make an offer she was very straight forward in telling us what she thought it would take to get our offer accepted, and it was. From then on she was communicative and walked us through every step of the process from inspection to closing and made the whole experience as simple as possible.

    If you’re smart, you’ll try to work with Meggie. If you’re lucky, like we were, you’ll stumble into working with one of the best real estate agents you will ever meet, if not the best altogether. This isn’t the first home we’ve bought but it was a long process for us this time, and Meggie was the only reason we got through it with no issues. Listened and worked very hard to find us the home we were looking for. Responsive, honest, trustworthy, and highly professional. When we couldn’t make it to see houses a few times, she showed some of our more trusted family members around a few homes on our behalf and the report we got back from our family (who are usually skeptical of anyone involved in selling anything) was essentially that she’s the best agent they’d ever met in all their home buying experience. Up front, direct, and with a substantial amount of experience, as well, this is the person you want on your team if you’re doing anything involving real estate. If we can we will work with her again, and we are already recommending her to friends.

    Even with the challenging market conditions posed by Covid - Meggie was able to not only help me find the perfect home but provide the perfect strategy in order to ensure my offer was accepted almost immediately. Her service didn’t stop there, to help ensure everything required to close on the house was done in about 4 weeks - Meggie made herself available for any appointments needed for the house that I couldn’t make personally.
